During the Caves Ouvertes Vaudoises event, we welcome you on Saturday, May 18th from 8:00
Don’t miss the must-attend event of early summer: the Vaud Open Wine Cellars will take place on June 7 & 8, 2025!
On this occasion, our cellar opens its doors for two days dedicated to conviviality, discovery, and culinary pleasure. Come and taste our wines in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
🕗 Opening Hours:
• Saturday, June 7: from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Sunday, June 8: from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
🚍 Easy Access: A free shuttle runs regularly from Rolle train station to Féchy Auberge, just a 3-minute walk from the cellar.
🍷 Cellar tour – Discover the behind-the-scenes of our production, our winemaking methods, and the history of our estate.
🧀 Raclette – Enjoy a delicious raclette on site to pair with your tastings.
🍽️ Snacks & light meals – A small food selection will also be available to satisfy your cravings.
🥃 Tastings – Sample our wines, artisanal whisky, and homemade grape juice.

Alain Bettems, the owner of our winery, Cave de la Crausaz, is a distilling enthusiast – that’s why he has always dreamed of producing his own whisky instead of only traditional spirits such as lie or marc. In 2006, he finally made his dream come true.
